No unsolicited email
Reflex PMR LLC prohibits advertising reflexpmr.com through unsolicited email (“spam”). This prohibition applies to us, our employees, our contractors, and any affiliate or third party acting on our behalf. We do not buy, rent, or scrape email lists, and we do not permit anyone to promote this website through bulk unsolicited messages of any kind.
When we send email
We send email only to people who have a direct relationship with us:
- Account holders: transactional messages about an account they created (sign-in, receipts, service notices).
- Waitlist signups: people who entered their email address on reflexpmr.com specifically to be notified about availability.
- Invited testers and colleagues: individually addressed, personal correspondence, never bulk lists.
Every non-transactional message identifies who we are, why the recipient is receiving it, and how to decline further contact. A request to stop is honored permanently and without condition.
Reporting abuse
If you believe you received unsolicited email advertising reflexpmr.com, please forward the complete message, including full headers, to hello@reflexpmr.com. We investigate every report, and we terminate any relationship with any party found to be promoting this website through unsolicited messages.
