Sleep Disorders in Rehabilitation — Architecture, OSA, Central Apnea, Insomnia, Circadian Rhythm Disorders, REM Behavior Disorder, and Restless Legs Syndrome

A 62-year-old man with a 6-month-old C6 motor-incomplete tetraplegia from a motor vehicle accident is seen in the outpatient PM&R clinic. His wife reports significant daytime sleepiness, loud snoring with gasping, and frequent morning headaches. He also complains of difficulty falling and staying asleep, averaging only 4-5 hours per night.
