A 28-year-old right-hand-dominant minor-league pitcher presents to an outpatient sports medicine clinic with a 6-week history of medial elbow pain. The pain intensifies during the late cocking phase of his pitching motion and is associated with a 4 mph drop in fastball velocity. He also reports intermittent paresthesias along his small finger after long bullpen sessions.
