A 38-year-old man with C7 American Spinal Injury Association Impairment Scale grade A (AIS A) tetraplegia presents to your outpatient seating clinic reporting posterior buttock soreness and a newly diagnosed Stage 2 sacral pressure injury. He is currently using a standard manual wheelchair with a sling seat and generic foam cushion.
