A 48-year-old male, 4 months post-stroke with right hemiparesis and resolving expressive aphasia, presents to outpatient PM&R clinic with his wife, who expresses concern about his recent social withdrawal, changes in sleep and appetite, and a recent suicidal ideation statement.
