Autonomic Dysreflexia

A 26-year-old male, 8 months post-C5 AIS A spinal cord injury, presents to the inpatient rehabilitation unit with sudden onset of a severe pounding bifrontal headache, profuse sweating across his face and neck, and piloerection over his thighs. His blood pressure is significantly elevated compared to his known baseline.
