A 34-year-old man with a C6 ASIA Impairment Scale (AIS) A complete tetraplegia presents to the outpatient physiatry clinic with a 4-month history of severe burning pain in his legs and new right shoulder pain over the past 8 weeks, limiting his upper extremity function.
