Pharmacology After TBI

A 38-year-old woman is in week 6 of inpatient rehabilitation after a severe TBI. She has emerged from minimally conscious state but remains profoundly inattentive, falls asleep during therapy sessions, and struggles to sustain any task for more than 10 minutes. Her family is deeply concerned about a plateau in her cognitive recovery and is questioning her current medication regimen.
