A 28-year-old man, 4 weeks post-severe traumatic brain injury (TBI) from a motorcycle collision, was transferred to acute inpatient rehabilitation. Over the past 72 hours, he has become increasingly restless, pulling at his Foley catheter, attempting to climb out of bed, and yelling at staff in fragmented sentences.
